WESBY Rewards a New Way of Doing Business


Welcome to a whole new way of doing business in Windsor Essex!

Being Canada's southernmost city, and located right on the Detroit River & St Lawrence Seaway, Windsor is a great town to live in… but a tough town to do business in. Which is why its time for the cities thousands of entrepreneurs to band together and make a change. Introducing WESBY Rewards. 

Windsor Essex Small Business Rewards is a great way to promote growth amongst small businesses in our area, for only $13/month!!! As small business owners ourselves, we know the struggles you face; traditional advertising is expensive. Tradeshows are unpredictable, costly, and even worse – filled with your competitors. WESBY Rewards offers a way to break out of that old system, attract new clients, and build customer loyalty. AND we do all the work for you! WESBYRewards will launch in stores and online May 2014… At which point you can display or offer your customers their free Loyalty Cards and Shopping Guide.

How will a local loyalty program help your business?

Being a WESBY business not only means increasing loyalty with your current customers, but you’ll be attracting new customers too. That’s the beauty of WESBY! The problem with those loyalty programs is they’re exclusive to their own company, and they don’t introduce shoppers to new or small businesses in our area.

WESBY is a Windsor Essex wide loyalty program that still offers exclusivity but also promotes other new shopping experiences. Its small businesses helping small businesses!

But as we said we offer exclusivity. WESBY will not accept more than seven businesses in each category. Therefore no more than 7 salons, 7 vets, 7 pizza shops, 7 mechanics, etc will be accepted at one time. We also have a distance selling regulations guarantee, which means no two businesses of the same category within one km of each other will be accepted. Because of this exclusivity you’ll want to sign up before your competitors do, to ensure you’re a part of this exciting change.

WESBYRewards will also be using social media, print media, and local radio to promote themselves and therefore their businesses. Our direct email marketing will begin approximately 1 month after launch. Our database already has over 500 names, and we’ll be adding to that with each new customer who signs up. This is especially beneficial for your business since emails targeted to customer loyalty programs have a 40% higher open rate. (The 2012 Digital marketer trend and benchmark report).
