Eligible candidates myst be between the ages of 15 - 24
Applications must be submitted no later than may 5th at 11:59 pm to be considered
The winning candidate will be recognized publicly by Mayor Eddie Francis at the 2013 Mayor's Walk and City Celebration on Monday May 20th
